This is an IBM 600E laptop, type code 2645-8bu.  It is being sold as is for parts only.  It does power up but the hard drive in it is dead (makes funny noises), as is the battery.  The boot screen says it has 128MB of RAM.  I don't know what the processor speed is.  There is a CDROM installed; no floppy drive.
